No AI allowed here.
Nobody here is going to be a chatbot pretending to care about you. Not the people replying to your posts. Not whoever reads your report. If nobody's around at 3am, nobody's around. We'd rather tell you that than sit a bot in the gap.
AI accounts are banned. Posting AI-written stuff is a rule break. No model moderates you, decides anything about your account, answers you, or reads your journal.
Six things that will never happen here.
No AI moderation
A person reads your report and the thread around it. They decide what to do. Their name is on that decision, not a model's confidence score.
No AI writing
The rules, the pages and the health explainers were written by people, checked by people, and dated. If we don't know something, we say we don't know.
No AI replies
If something answers you here, it is a person. There is no companion bot, no support agent, no helpful assistant pretending to be a member.
No AI accounts
Bot accounts and automated posters get removed. Copy-pasting a chatbot's words into a post and pretending you wrote it gets you removed too.
Nothing private goes near a model
Your journal, your parked questions and your check-ins stay out of any model. Not for training, not for analysis, not for profiling.
No software decides who you are
Nothing here will tell you what you really are. Other members can't tell you either. Software absolutely cannot.
People do all of it.
- People write the pages and put review dates on the health stuff.
- People read reports, worst first, and look at the context.
- People reply in the room. Sometimes they are slow. That's because they are people.
- Moderator actions are logged, so decisions can be checked later.
Spotted something bot-shaped?
If a post or reply feels like a machine wrote it, report it. Pick 'Something else' and say it looks AI-generated. A moderator will actually go and read it.
How reporting works →What we can and can't promise
We can promise what we do on our side: nobody is using AI to run, write, or moderate this place. We can't prove a stranger typed their own post. So this is a rule we enforce when we catch it, not a magic filter that catches everything.
